SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

At Khakhratoz, we aim to deliver our traditional snacks and gift hampers to you in the best condition and as quickly as possible.

1. Shipping Timelines

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of placement.

     

  • Delivery Estimate: Once dispatched, your order should reach you within 3 to 7 working days, depending on your location (Metros, Tier 2, or Tier 3 cities).

     

  • Operating Days: We ship from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and Public Holidays.

     

2. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Delivery: A flat shipping fee may apply to orders. Please review the final shipping cost at checkout.

     

  • Free Shipping: We may offer free shipping on orders above a specific value (as displayed on our website header or checkout page).

     

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is handed over to our courier partner (e.g., Shiprocket, Delhivery, or Blue Dart), you will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS.

     

  • Tracking information usually becomes active within 24 hours of dispatch.

     

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We offer COD as a payment method for most pin codes in India.

     

  • To reduce RTO (Return to Origin), we may use OTP verification or automated calls to confirm COD orders before dispatch.

     

5. Delivery Partner Policy

  • While we use trusted delivery partners, specific delays caused by weather, strikes, or regional disturbances are outside our direct control.

     

  • In case of a failed delivery attempt, the courier will typically try to contact you or make a second attempt before returning the parcel to us.

     

6. Damaged or Missing Shipments

  • If your package arrives damaged, please take a photo/video of the unopened box and contact us at khakhratoz22@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.
