SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
At Khakhratoz, we aim to deliver our traditional snacks and gift hampers to you in the best condition and as quickly as possible.
1. Shipping Timelines
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of placement.
- Delivery Estimate: Once dispatched, your order should reach you within 3 to 7 working days, depending on your location (Metros, Tier 2, or Tier 3 cities).
- Operating Days: We ship from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and Public Holidays.
2. Shipping Charges
- Standard Delivery: A flat shipping fee may apply to orders. Please review the final shipping cost at checkout.
- Free Shipping: We may offer free shipping on orders above a specific value (as displayed on our website header or checkout page).
3. Order Tracking
- Once your order is handed over to our courier partner (e.g., Shiprocket, Delhivery, or Blue Dart), you will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS.
- Tracking information usually becomes active within 24 hours of dispatch.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- We offer COD as a payment method for most pin codes in India.
- To reduce RTO (Return to Origin), we may use OTP verification or automated calls to confirm COD orders before dispatch.
5. Delivery Partner Policy
- While we use trusted delivery partners, specific delays caused by weather, strikes, or regional disturbances are outside our direct control.
- In case of a failed delivery attempt, the courier will typically try to contact you or make a second attempt before returning the parcel to us.
6. Damaged or Missing Shipments
- If your package arrives damaged, please take a photo/video of the unopened box and contact us at khakhratoz22@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.
7. Cancellations
Changed your mind? No worries.
- You can request a cancellation within 1 hour of placing your order by sharing the reason with us.
- For prepaid orders, refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 4–7 working days.
8. Returns & Refunds
- Since our products are edible, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.
- But if something’s gone wrong with your order, we’ve got you.
- Our team will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund based on the specific case.
